Food Safety Standards & Quality Assurance Management is a practical workforce-readiness course designed to help learners understand, apply, and support food safety and quality assurance systems in real food processing and handling environments.
This course does not treat food safety as theory. It trains learners to recognise food safety risks, apply basic control systems, support HACCP implementation, maintain hygiene discipline, document quality checks, identify non-conformances, and contribute to safer food production environments.
