Description
Equipment Operations & Preventive Maintenance Management is a practical workforce-readiness course for learners who work with, supervise, or support food processing equipment.
The course does not aim to turn learners into engineers within 24 weeks. It trains them to become competent, safety-conscious, documentation-ready equipment operators who can operate common food processing equipment properly, detect early warning signs, support preventive maintenance, reduce downtime, and protect product quality, worker safety, and business continuity.
By the end of the course, learners will develop an equipment operations and preventive maintenance portfolio for a selected machine, production line, or facility.
