Refunds

Refund eligibility, where applicable, will depend on the nature of the program, the timing of the request, and any commitments already made in relation to course delivery, materials, or participant onboarding.

TAPA reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may apply administrative conditions where necessary.

Deferrals

Participants who are unable to proceed with a registered program may request to defer their participation to a later cohort or session, subject to availability and applicable conditions.

Non-Transferability

Unless otherwise stated, program slots may not be transferred to another individual without prior written approval.
